Shipping

We make every effort to ship your products the same day we receive your order. If an order is received after 3PM CST, it usually ships the following day. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Please keep in mind that our shipping rates include a handling fee and are not just the raw shipping costs. The handling fee covers the cost of packing materials (boxes, tape, packing paper, etc) and labor used to select, pack, and ship your order.

We must have a street address for delivery. We cannot ship to P O Boxes.

All products ship from our warehouse in Franklin, Tennessee. Please inspect your package when it arrives to make sure the cartons are not damaged as this can indicate damage to the product.

In case of damage due to shipping, please notify Allergy Relief Stores at 1-800-866-7464 or by e-mail at info@allergyreliefstore.com at once so we may help.

International Shipping

An additional fee of $10.00 is added to international shipments. Shipping rates do not include duties, taxes, customs fees, or any other type of customs brokerage charges. Customers outside the United States will be responsible for any additional fees upon receipt.

Returns and refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If a product doesn't perform the way you expected or if you are having difficulties using the product, we are here to help you. Please call us toll-free.

If you wish to return a product within 30 days of your purchase, please call us toll free at 1-800-866-7464 for a return authorization number (RA) prior to returning product. We can only accept returns with an RA #. Upon receipt of the returned product(s) at our store in new condition, we will refund your purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

All returns should be insured and packaged properly. We suggest returning merchandise via UPS for tracking purposes. A copy of the original invoice should be included with the RA # written on it so we make be sure you get proper credit on your account. The RA # must also be clearly written on the outside of the package.

Non-refundable items
Custom made furnace filters are made to your order and as such are non-refundable items. Please measure carefully and check your measurements after entering them. Allergy Relief Stores guarantees that you will get the exact size you indicate on the order form. However, we cannot replace incorrectly sized filters if we received incorrect information. Shipping and handling charges are also non-refundable.

How Shipping Costs Are Calculated
Shipping costs for orders placed with Allergy Relief Stores are calculated by the shipper in real time using the "ship to" zip code entered and the weight of each product in your order. When preparing an order to ship, we may elect to bundle items going to the same address if it reduces the total shipping costs. The savings on the bundled shipment will be passed along to you and reflected on your invoice.

To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

An additional $6.00 handling fee will be added to International Orders after checkout. Shipping charges do not include duties, taxes, tariffs, or custom charges which may incur at the border.
